Booking Your Session
All session fees are non-refundable and are due at the time of booking. I accept Paypal or you can mail me a check. If your session fee payment is not received within 3 days, your session date will not be reserved. Once the payment is received you can consider your session date reserved. I also ask that all my clients fill out and sign a Portrait Agreement before the session date. If you have to reschedule your session, please notify me ASAP, or at least 48 hours in advance.
Ordering Prints & Products
My clients will be given 3 weeks after all images are posted in a private online gallery to make their initial print order. During this time the client is advised to schedule a “post-session” consultation with me to go over their images and review all possible products offered.
Reprints and future orders
Reprints or other product sales can be made at any time. You can call or email me to do so. Your initial order must be made within the allotted time frame in order for you to order any reprints.
Copyright
Melissa Hatcher Photography, LLC owns the copyright to all images. The images will be licensed for reproduction and display to the client for personal use only and will require written permission of Melissa Hatcher Photography, LLC. It is illegal to edit, scan or reproduce photographs or digital images created by Melissa Hatcher Photography, LLC. By doing so, you are dissolving my work as an artist. Model Release The client grants permission to Melissa Hatcher Photography, LLC to reproduce the images taken of them, or members of their family, for the purpose of publication, promotion, illustration, advertising or trade, in any manner or in any medium.
